Shipping for Geckos is always FREE within the US lower 48 when held at a FedEx Hub for pickup. Shipping to your door may require an additional fee. See our Terms section for full details. Local pick up in Los Angeles is always welcome. If you would like to pick your gecko up in person, please contact us to schedule a time and date.
Shipping is open now, and temperatures on our end should remain within the safe range through June. Remember that temperatures must be in the safe range (40°- 85° F) at the stop over and destination locations as well, so if your buns are toasting, chances are we won’t be able to ship your gecko out to you right away. Summers can get very hot here, so its possible we’ll be closing sometime in June and won’t reopen til next Autumn. Sometimes our temperatures allow us to do some limited shipping throughout the summer months. Each year we just have to play it by ear. So please keep that in mind when ordering, and understand that if you are not able to receive your package right away, our summer closures may result in your animal being held here until its safe to ship in the Autumn months.

We do not issue full refunds for animals that cannot ship due to weather, and any order cancelled for this reason will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
